Safety is a journey, not a destination. Sharptail’s journey started with approval as a SECOR in 2010 and grew into COR certification and Client approvals across ISNet, Complyworks & Avetta. Our Safety System Manual is continually reviewed and updated to capture emerging risks and provide additional Safe Work Practices. Using regular safety communications, FLHA analysis, and near-miss reporting, we maintain high focus on the trending risks in our industry.
Our leadership team prioritizes Site Safety Visits to demonstrate the criticality of Safety by spending time in the field with our team.
